What types of German language lessons do I offer?

I am teaching adults on a one-to-one basis, either in-person or online. I provide personalized lessons from A1 to C2 including preparation for language exams, tailored to your skill level and your goals, both online and in-person. I am also specialised in supporting bilingual children with their German homework to raise their German proficiency, especially in spelling and grammar.

As proficiency in German is one of the most important indicator of educational success for children in school, I believe that supporting bilingual children as early as possible is important to ensure that they can write and read German at the appropriate academic level for their age.

Can I support non-German speaking parents with meetings at school ?

Yes, I am currently supporting two bilingual families with children in year 4 of Grundschule during parents meetings, information evenings and making the best choice of secondarf school for their children, in German and English.

Why are my lessons different to others?

I am convinced that learning a language is not just vocabulary and grammar – but so much more. It spans from going to the market, supermarkt, butcher and other shops to explain the specifics of our food culture. This also includes tips about local events, customs and traditions, even explanantion about the public transport or what to explore in the area. My lessons are tailored to your needs to make your life enjoyable in Germany while boosting your confidence and fluency.

Where are your in-person lessons located?

Our in-person lessons are held in Herrenberg, Germany, in a comfortable learning environment or at your home (max. 10 km distance).

Are your services available internationally?

Yes, I can teach online via Zoom.
